Namaste

Halley's series Namaste explores striving for equilibrium and investigates the challenges of achieving balance between one's own priorities and societal pulls. Halley's figurative work features different poses from a yoga practice symbolizing balance in a literal sense. Elements of varying landscapes represent the idea of innerscapes (the landscape of the subconscious) and the journeys we embark upon through life's demands. Evident landscape components also depict mere moments of clarity and calm within a chaotic terrain.
